Best lawyer ever got my DWI dismissed!

I was charged with a DWI and she got it dismissed! She knows what she is doing in th court room. Very polite and good to communicate with. I'm glad I was referred to her and glad I called her. If you have a DWI case make sure you call her! She will do everything she can to get it dismissed!!

All Charges Dropped

Kelly is a very knowledgeable and dependable lawyer. She stays current on the law and definitely knows what she is doing. You can trust that she will do her best for you. I had two tickets and Kelly had both tickets dismissed. You can't ask for a better lawyer!!

Review for legal services I had in the past. Amazing lawyer and staff I wish the best and hope they keep doing what there doing

She was a big help on 2 dui cases and a felony case she kept me out of prison the first and add a jail the second time . Also a wonderful staff . Hoping I never have to use her again but if I do I’ll hire her again

Great Experience!

Kelly has helped me with removing 2 tickets off of my record. This has helped reduce my car insurance. In addition, I have known Kelly for many, many years....I know her very well and I still hired her. That should tell you what type of person she is. I wouldn't use ANYONE else!!!

SHE'S GOOD

Unfortunate victim of a wrongful indecent exposure charge. From the first day of consultation to the court hearings, Kelly made me feel that there was hope to come out of this terrible circumstance. Not only did she get my case dropped the arrest record was expunged. Kelly-I didn't know how good you were but I know now.

Excellent service!

I got a speeding ticket. I called them after a quick online search. Phone picked immediately and everything done within minutes. Best fees compared other attorneys I called. They started their paperwork and after couple of weeks, pam ticket dismissed. Strongly recommended!

HANDS DOWN IN MY OPINION SHE'S 1 OF THE BEST ATTORNEYS IN HOUSTON

I have personally Hired Ms. Kelly Benavides several times. My First time to hire Her was in 2002 for Several Traffic Violations. She was always punctual, thorough and explained to me in detail what was going on. On those charges she got them Dismissed!!! I was So Satisfied that I hired Her again in 2005 for a 1st Degree Felony Possession with intent to deliver and Revocation of Deferred Probation. She was very proffesional and again always Punctual and made me feel Like more than just a paycheck! She kept me informed every step of the way!!! They wanted to put me away in Prison and she got Me Into a rehab for Woman With Children. I definitely would recommend Her to anyone. She Knows what she's doing and doesn't just treat you as a client but as a person with feelings

My only lawyer to go to from now on

Received a traffic ticket with the wrong speed limit recorded. Consulted with different lawyers and they all just wanted to make easy money out of this case. Emailed Kelly and she responded right away by explaining to me that with this error on the ticket, it should be dismissed easily. The district I got my ticket from was out of Kelly's region but she still handled my case with reasonable fee. Within a month, I got into a "hit-and-run" scam. Two people in a ghetto car trying to blame me for causing some scratch on their car without any collision at midnight. They even threatened me for calling the cops. I got scared and contacted Kelly via email at 2am and she responded RIGHT AWAY and taught me how to respond and handle this kind of scam. For my first ticket, her office rescheduled my court date and sent someone to handle and get the ticket dismissed. She is responsive, trustworthy, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional.

Awesome Lawyer

I had a DWI case that went to trail. I was really nervous and the prosecutors had a team of 3 people against me, however after seeing Kelly in action I knew that the jury would come back with a NOT GUILTY decision. I was right!!!!

Great Experience

Kelly was a wonderful individual to work with in my legal maters. She took the time to fully understand my story. She kept me well posted over the phone and via text, and on my day in court got my case dismissed very quickly. Kelly seemed to have excellent rapport with the prosecution and I think this helped in my matter greatly. Beyond that, and because my case was dismissed quickly, Kelly even offered to work with me on an expunction without additional fees (beside court processing fees). I would recommend her without hesitation.

All my worries are gone!

I've hired attorneys in the past - and most were just after the cash. One even failed to show up to my court hearings which then created more problems than I originally had - so when I asked Kelly to represent me - I couldn’t help it – I feared the worse – (only because I was preconditioned because of my past experiences). Kelly surprised me. Not only was she professional, but she was quick, on time and made me feel like nothing was impossible. She didn't fill my head with delusions, but rather the facts - and said to me –“Don’t worry - We will do everything we can to get it dismissed!” Each court appearance - I was met first thing in the morning, I was explained what was about to happen, and then was elated by the outcome - DISMISSED - I was so happy I almost started to cry. I believe in her, I trust her, and you should too! Thanks Kelly - you are an attorney with a heart, soul and conviction to get the job done!

Unjustified charges

If you need someone dependable, honest and committed to justice, Ms Benavides is your gal. Kelly helped dismiss bogus charges against me and was always very thorough on what I should expect and never sugar coated anything. She's kept constant communication regarding my case no matter the day. I've never had to deal with the legal system, lawyers or courts but I have gained a much more concrete understanding of how the law works with Kelly's help. I highly recommend Ms Benavides to anyone who values honesty and hard work.
