I am truly so thankful for Mr Markowtiz I was pretty worried about going to court last minute by myself, not knowing what I going to say or do. Mr Markowtiz reached out, and really made a huge effort the same day of my court date to find out all the information about my case, and ended up getting it ...dismissed. I'm very very grateful.

I failed to appear on my court date, for that they were useful and represented me on my behalf (like a lawyer is supposed to do). However, when I took a day off of work to pay my court fee that was a deal 'supposedly' cut by the lawyers. When I showed up to the courthouse, the court had no knowled...ge of any 'deal'-just a court reset date. Markowitz office could not fax or confirm any deal was made. I was left holding the bag. Markowitz receptionist told me maybe I would get a call back from the lawyer. Markowitz receptionist asked to speak with court clerk on the phone. Had her on speaker phone, she literally asked the court clerk "What do you recommend?" All the clerks in the court were laughing...clueless. Turned out the 'deal' the laywer made was a standard deal they had on a pre-printed form for anyone who walked in court with no representation. I finally got a call back at 7pm, very defensive, refused any refund (I didn't even ask for one), said court clerks in Galveston Precinct 2 were liars and that what they told me was bull sh*t. Lesson learned go yourself figure out the offer by the court before buying third rate representation. Overall this is a cheap price to pay to learn which law firm to avoid on any future matters for myself or any family or friends. You were WARNED....STAY AWAY...

Got a ticket, and contacted Mr. Markowitz first, and for the first time. I filled out a form on his site and his staff called within 10 minutes. They reset my court date. They sent me a new day to arrive to court. I went and was dismissed in the first 30 minutes. Very little need for communication si...nce the case went quickly and they sent clear instructions on what to do. Hopefully I won't need to call Mr. Markowitz again, but if the need arises I will not hesitate and have recommended several folks to his practice since. Thank you!
