Prior to joining Andrews Myers, Bret practiced commercial litigation with a business litigation firm in Houston, Texas and previously practiced criminal defense with a defense firm in Houston, Texas. Bret started his career as a member of the trial team for Roger Clemens in Washington, D.C.
Bret is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law and Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Highly recommend Mr. Rycroft!!
Mr. Rycroft got my domestic violence case dismissed. He stuck to his guns with the prosecutors and would not accept any deals. I am grateful to him that he truly believed my story and made the prosecutor prove every fact they were holding against me.

Kept me out of jail when cops claimed i was drunk with no proof!!
You should heir Bret! He was able to help me out in a BS DUI case!! The cops were discriminating against me obviously because they did not like my nice car. Bret took care of the issues for a great price and worked hard to make sure justice was properly served!
