Prior to joining Andrews Myers, Bret practiced commercial litigation with a business litigation firm in Houston, Texas and previously practiced criminal defense with a defense firm in Houston, Texas. Bret started his career as a member of the trial team for Roger Clemens in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Roycroft gave me sane counsel and worked on getting me out of a lease agreement with a recalcitrant landlord and saved me a thousands of dollars. He crafted a cancellation of lease that preserved all my options to seek redress while releasing me from any future liabilities and obligation that could be brought by the landlord. Mr. Rycroft is an excellent attorney for all your real estate and tenant/landlord legal needs.

Bret Rycroft recently handled my 2nd DWI case and was able to get my case dismissed within a reasonable length of time. I informed Bret of the facts surrounding my arrest on the first day we met. Bret listened very carefully and based on what I told him, he advised me of what to expect from the Prosecution and what his strategy would be. When I left his office, I felt very relieved. The case proceeded very much how he advised me it would. I would definitely recommend Mr Rycroft to my friends and acquaintances.

Mr. Rycroft got my domestic violence case dismissed. He stuck to his guns with the prosecutors and would not accept any deals. I am grateful to him that he truly believed my story and made the prosecutor prove every fact they were holding against me.
