Diana Elizabeth Sims

Diana is a very personable, aggressive lawyer. I hired another lawyer before hiring her (who ended up being a joke and was not a trial lawyer). He tried to push me towards a plea. A friend directed me towards Diana. I called her, and she called me back that day. I explained my case/situation to her, ...and she told me that we could possibly win and get my case dismissed in trial. We got a hung jury, and she spoke with the DA afterwards and convinced him to dismiss my case. I had never been more excited bc that charge could have affected my job/career. She has been practicing for over 14 years and knows many people in the Harris County courthouse. I am thankful everyday for what she did for me. Would definitely recommend at least giving her a call. Several Months ago I was arrested for a Criminal Charge and was told in my first court date I needed to hire a lawyer. After researching and all the junk mail that comes with being charged I found Diana E Sims and read her reviews. What I found after reading all the good and the bad in these, was the...re was an attorney who takes her work seriously, and wishes to be paid a REASONABLE RATE (compensation) for her expertise and knowledge of the Criminal Court System. Attorney Diana E. Sims was a professional when it came to handling my case. Before hiring her I had spoken with a few lawyer's. Most of them only spoke about how much they charge, or how they can get me probation with no jail time. Never tried to fight my charges, to maybe get my case dismissed. When... I spoke to Mrs. Sims she wanted to know detail by detail as to what happen to me the night I was charged with a DWI. When I went to court, I didn't worry about anything.
