A Real Go Getter

I would like to take this moment to thank this attorney for the outstanding professional customer service in handling my case. From the first day she assured me that she would keep me informed and I would have no worries as she will work to bring this case to a positive end. Her communication skills... and key knowledge of the Texas Justice system really lifted my confidence that she was really on top of things. Keeping me informed, communicating with the court and staying ready at all times. She worked toe to toe with the court system.I am so thankful that I hired this attorney it was a great experience watching her work my case and bring it to a positive end. Probation

My younger brother broke probation and was facing prison time. Miss Diana took his case and fought for his case, the court gave her offers for my bother and she refused them because she wanted one that I want, she communicates with her clients both in the cell and out the cell to get the best results....

Felony case victory

I highly recommend Diana Sims. She did an exceptional job for my case. She is very direct, very professional, and a shark in the court! She kept me in the loop the entire time and walked me through every single step of the case. She is a very formidable woman who got me justice!

Very dedicated and committed to serve!

I reached out to Mrs. Sims coming across her number in my wallet. I usually hold on to (6+ yrs) what feels right and I am glad that I did. Mrs. Sims called back and we spoke briefly regarding a pending family issue that is very sensitive, and very concerning regarding future positive development an...d livelihood, because it has been some time, this matter has now affected work due to background checks, with no resolution in site & not knowing what the out come will be. Mrs Sims is very compassionate and understanding. She spoke clear and very precise. I was very relieved and excited after our conversation. As it turns out she is from the same community that we grew up in and devoted to help in anyway. Using her word "ironically" she was just thinking about case work. I always want to believe God is my guide, and calling from the Mother House of the Nuns (which is also in the same community) that day, HE was totally in control! Thank you for accepting to help, which has put some anxiety at ease, and I pray that God puts in motion what is in your control with his guidance and your care. With God all things are possible! Wonderful attorney!

I hope you never need an attorney. But if you do, Diana is the person to call. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and looks out for her clients' best interests. I know my son's case is in the best possible hands. So far I've only met with her once, but she was so good at explaining the proce...ss, being both direct and kind to my son, and answering questions. What a godsend!!
