I understand we all strive for 100% five star reviews, but that’s not reality. Two years ago, I found myself in a s...erious legal situation. I interviewed several attorneys and chose Diana. I felt Diana had a combination of legal experience, trial experience, toughness, and compassion with empathy about my situation. I’m more than happy to write that I made the right choice. Diana got my situation dismissed. I’ll never be able to thank her enough times for what she did for me. I had so many ups and downs through this process, and she was always there with the right legal expertise, but also emotional support to keep my head up because there were times I was ready to give up. These situations are daunting to your life and the people around you. She was amazing from an operational and emotional support standpoint. Several Months ago I was arrested for a Criminal Charge and was told in my first court date I needed to hire a lawyer. After researching and all the junk mail that comes with being charged I found Diana E Sims and read her reviews. What I found after reading all the good and the bad in these, was the...re was an attorney who takes her work seriously, and wishes to be paid a REASONABLE RATE (compensation) for her expertise and knowledge of the Criminal Court System. All fair and just as far as I am concerned. I called her and talked to her about my case. After speaking with her and my wife about all that was discussed. I immediately called her back and paid her in full for the associated case to be dealt with. This made the money no longer an issue (bad reviews were about money) so she became and will remain my lawyer. After a couple of months and resets (the court process is slow) we came too this day in November. The pre-trial conference...... Well after meeting with the District Attorney she convinced him that there was insufficient evidence to proceed with the case and I now have an official DISMISSAL FOR A FELONY CHARGE OF PCS<1OZ.
