A Real Go Getter

I would like to take this moment to thank this attorney for the outstanding professional customer service in handling my case. From the first day she assured me that she would keep me informed and I would have no worries as she will work to bring this case to a positive end. Her communication skills... and key knowledge of the Texas Justice system really lifted my confidence that she was really on top of things. Keeping me informed, communicating with the court and staying ready at all times. She worked toe to toe with the court system.I am so thankful that I hired this attorney it was a great experience watching her work my case and bring it to a positive end. It’s my pleasure to write this review regarding the support and legal representation I received from Diana Simms I happen to be a business owner and I’ve read the reviews here. I understand we all strive for 100% five star reviews, but that’s not reality. Two years ago, I found myself in a s...erious legal situation. I interviewed several attorneys and chose Diana. I felt Diana had a combination of legal experience, trial experience, toughness, and compassion with empathy about my situation. I’m more than happy to write that I made the right choice. Diana got my situation dismissed. I’ll never be able to thank her enough times for what she did for me. I had so many ups and downs through this process, and she was always there with the right legal expertise, but also emotional support to keep my head up because there were times I was ready to give up. These situations are daunting to your life and the people around you. She was amazing from an operational and emotional support standpoint. Crook

She took $1250 from me and never represented me. Her response was a nut job that she will not give back the money. She literally spoke to me ten minutes got the money and never did a thing for me. Now, she will not return it. She a thief and crook. I’m reporting her to the board of lawyers that hopef...ully will take away her license so she cannot do this to other single moms of two that is disabled.. or any other people and/or families.

Felony case victory

I highly recommend Diana Sims. She did an exceptional job for my case. She is very direct, very professional, and a shark in the court! She kept me in the loop the entire time and walked me through every single step of the case. She is a very formidable woman who got me justice!

The Best

She did a great job n me n my family r so happy with her n her job! She is now apart of my family! She did everything she said she was goin to do! If I ever need any help I would definitely call her again! She had my back from the beginning n for all 3 yrs it took for her to beat it! I’m so thankful ...for her!
