Biography
I am a 40-year attorney who practices primarily in Denton, Dallas, Tarrant, Collin and nearby counties. I spent my first 8 years as an Assistant District Attorney in Dallas County, where I tried over 300 cases to final verdict before juries, and hundreds more cases before the Judge only. In addition to criminal cases, my jury trial experience has prepared me for practice in other fields of law, including suits against HOA's, suits representing HOA's, probate litigation, suits against government entities, Deceptive Trade Practices Act violations, collections, breach of fiduciary duties, business litigation, collections suits, Occupational Driver Licenses, Mechanic's Liens; Protective Orders, Violations of Protective Orders, Suspended Driver Licenses, Breach of Contract, License to Carry Law, Oil and Gas Law, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, and other areas.

DO NOT USE
By far the most expensive and worst lawyer I could of hired in north tx. 6 months into a dwi case he didn't even know my name. Nothing good. I spent 3500 with Jeffrey. And didn't receive any help that I couldn't of carried out myself
