Sean provided information and guidance in preparing a new will as well as living documents I needed. HIs knowledge beyond theory to real life experiences was of great help to me.

Sean told me that I would need some form of probate in order to properly transfer title of the property to my mother. He explained my father likely had a "pour over" will along with his trust that states that all property NOT included in the trust is to be given to the trust. The trust terms will then control how the property is divided.
He explained there are multiple types of probate proceedings in Texas that depend upon the assets, liabilities, and whether a will exists or not. He said the probate type I need is fact specific. He told me I will need a lawyer to represent me through the process as well as a lawyer (or some other Texas resident) potentially serving as "resident agent" if you are located outside of the State of Texas.
He gave me a price range explaining it depended on the complexity of the situation.

When my wife and i decided to do our estate planning, we thought it would be a long an arduous process, Those notions we dispelled with our first meeting with Sean Green,
Mr. asked us what our wishes were and gave us very informative options about a course of action.
A big help was the "fact finding" form he proivided to list everything that should be included in the estate.
Mr. Green was very thorough in explaining each aspect of th estate planning process. Any questions we had were answered to our complete satisfaction.
Mr. Green's candor and demeanor were especially appreciated.
We would highly recommend Green Law, PLLC to anyone interested in estate planning.
