Denver G. McCarty

I'm not sure what this other client experienced but Denver handled my cases with utmost professionality. Not only did he offer financing when others would not. He had my back through the whole process. I have referred him to numerous friends that needed representation and all are satisfied clients. I hired Denver McCarty in 2006 to represent me in a DWI and probation violation case. I thought I was hiring good representation when I consulted with him, and decided to hire him. He had told me during the consultation that several families had given him trust money to represent and bond out their... children that were attending the local colleges in Denton. He also told me that he would take a look at the video of my DWI arrest that week, that was in november 2006. McCarty had reset my case over 11 times, each time my presence was'nt required, yet I was never notified that the court date would be reset. So everytime there was a court date, I showed and waited for at least a hour, only to find out he had reset it. I called his office multiple times to verify with the secretary if the court date would be reset, everytime she told me that they would call me back and notify me if it will be reset. Never got a call back on multiple occasions. When I finally went to court for the DWI, he told me that he looked at the video the night before. This is 1 year after I first consulted with him and he told me that he would look at it that week. The very few times that I spoke with him between these dates, he assured me that he would work wonders for my case. When in reality he knew nothing of my case, had no problem taking my money though. Another thing was that when I went to court for my probation violation, he had never notified me that he intended on settling in court that day, and I would be going directly to jail after settling. The second time he lied to me was that day as well. I had a court date in tarrant county the next week, I notified him of it and he assured me that he would reset that date while I was incarcerated. When I finished my time for the probation violation, I was sent directly to tarrant county for not attending the court date or reseting the court date that McCarty assured me that he would take care of.
