I was told my case was easy and that it would be resolved in 3 months for around $3000, it took over a year and triple that cost to get a resolution, which I finally had to demand happen in mediation or I would still be waiting for another rescheduled court date and be paying him for doing nothing. N...ever failed to take my money on time every month, but never returned phone calls or emails- but they sure charged for them (also, never dealt directly with him- it was always office staff and paralegals)....and when I requested my bill it took them 4 months and 8 phone calls to get it to me, conveniently exactly when my final payment was due.

Mark is my new go to! I found him on facebook and decided I would give him a try after meeting with two other attorneys... Right after he met with me his assistant called and said we are filing on your divorce right now do you know where we can find your husband? I was like dang that was fast! Here c...omes the war I thought. Nope. Mark had a sit down with my husband and all was well! Referral Referral Referral!!! Thank you Mark

Mr. Lane, handle a divorce case for my son, he was not communicating with us, he show no interested in the case. And now we are still having legal issue with the ex-wife. Now while Mr. Lane was supposedly working on our case, he was going through his own divorce, he was have his secreatry pick up hi...s kids from school. So it is my belief that do to Mr. Law's oen divorce issues he was not able to put forth his complete effort in our case.

I hired Mark Lane for my divorce and had a very hard time getting answers from anyone about my case. They will definitely have no issues charging you monthly on your credit card. But when you ask for a statement of your charges good luck getting one. When you finally get one you will quickly learn th...ey will charge you outrageous amounts for emails, phone calls, and for them to even leave a voicemail saying they are finally calling you back. They will even charge you for a phone call asking for a statement. I went to a hearing an did not even know what my lawyer looked like because I never got to talk with him or see him in his office. I had to get someone in the court room to point out who Mark Lane was. My first impression of him was not very good. He seemed very non-interested in even talking to me. He was very arrogant and appeared to not even know what was going on with my case. Well to make a long story short I'm still not divorced and the lawyer filed a non-suit. I feel like I have been raked over the coals by this attorney and the bad part is I'm left paying a huge bill with no results. It's in your best interest to not hire this attorney!

How should I start? How about THANK YOU!!! Mark and his staff made me feel so taken care of during my divorce. My husband threw me out because I filed first.. I was so scared and didnt know what to do, but when I needed mark he was there. He went so far as to search for apartments in my area so that ...i had a roof over my head. The man is a blessing...
