Very Satisifed

I was facing a DWI and hired Jim. He continued to work my case for over 18 months until we received an acquittal. Jim went above and beyond and fought hard for me until the end. Federal Court Jury Trial

I was charged in Federal Court in Lafayette, Louisiana, of bank fraud, wire fraud and mail fraud. The jury trial lasted for four weeks, and I was found innocent and acquitted of all charges. I am completely convinced that I would have been found guilty had it not been for my lawyer, Mr. Jim Burnham.... He is very knowledgable of the law, court procedure, presentation, and fight tenaciously for what he considers right and Just. Me and my family can never repay Jim Burnham for saving me during that very long and stressful trial. I probably would have served some jail time had Jim Burnham not been my lawyer.

Miracle Worker

I can not begin to express my grattitude to Mr. Burnaham. I was facing a a Felony Controlled substance charge in Dallas County. With my previous convictions and having twice been to the penitintiary I was convinced my fate was sealed. Mr. Burnham not only got me deferred adjudication with two year...s probation but went above and beyond and I was released from probation after only 11 months. I will forever be grateful to him and his dedication to my case.

A great attorney

Jim helped me when I was charged with Felony Possion of a Controlled Substance in West Texas. He got the case dismissed due to his expertise and hard work. I can't recommend him high enough. Eternally Grateful

Compassion, tenacity, dedication; these are but some of the qualities that come to mind when describing Jim Burnham. As conservator for a mentally-incapacitated family member, I was tasked with finding a suitable attorney that was not only understanding to our particular situation but had the capabil...ities to appropriately represent us.
