Simply The Best

I was charged with sexual assault of a minor. I hired a lawyer who strung me along for a year and half with false hopes and lies. I realized I better do something so I called Mr. Burnham and from the first phone call to the first visit to his office I knew I had made the right decision. Mr. Burnha...m is a no BS straight shooting honest man. His team worked my case until they got the best possible outcome, advising and communicating to me honestly all along the way. I went from possible jail time to 5 years deferred probation. My advise if you get charged do not mess around call Mr. Burnham !

He protected me

Jim Burnham is a tremendous lawyer who cares about and protects his clients! He represented me on charges of felony theft and worked incredibly hard on my case with the prosecutor. In the end, instead of prison time, Jim got me probation with no conviction, with no fine, no restitution, and no commun...ity service. The only thing I have to do now is send in a probation sheet every month.

Remarkable attorney and even better human being

Mr. Burnham represented me with determination and patience. Throughout the process, Mr. Burnham guided and prepared me for next steps. Excellent work and perfect results!

I just landed a new job. My felony criminal background check came back clear and I start my new job soon. I am very happy! All the work that went into the diversion program that Jim Burnham obtained for me and the meticulous paramount work put in the expunction (deleting criminal records). Want the best?

You want the best there is? Then you want Jim Burnham. Worth every penny, the man gets the job done in a way that you can unreservedly trust — while you see to the rest of your life. His experience, people skills, thorough orientation and follow-through are beyond compare. The man epitomizes Texas.... My case was DWI. Come what may, I knew from the beginning that I was in good hands. His reputation preceded him, and his approach did not disappoint. Throughout, he took the time to explain my options. His advice to me through thick and thin amounts to bonus personal mentoring I will bring with me moving forward. It’s the people skills. Lawyers are a dime a dozen. Not like Jim, though. If I were to find myself in need agin, I know to whom I’d go. Thanks to Jim’s craft, My DWI charge was. completely. dismissed. Jim had cleared this with the prosecuting attorney. That was a journey of month after painstaking hard-working month wherein Jim and his team labored without respite to provide all the needed information, coupled with the people skills I’ve never seen anyone deploy with such success. Hoping his conscientiousness will be of help to many. If you want this handled and to make a fresh start, Jim’s your man.
