Best former DA Ciminal defense lawyer EVER!!!

Before I hired Jim Burnham, the events of my arrest caused me to be in jail for 9 days, lose my job, and sustain a concussion and a broken arm. Excellent Attorney

Jim provided legal services for our family. He got to know our family - we weren't just a "case". He went above and beyond what a typical attorney would do for someone. Jim has a big heart and genuinely cares for his clients. I highly recommend him if you need a criminal defense attorney.

Feeling Blessed and Relieved

I recently went through the unfortunate and horrible mistake of allowing myself to get in serious trouble for the second time in my life. After a virtually mistake free path through 40 years of my life I managed to get a DUI at 41 then again at 49. This second DUI was scary and stressful, but I had t...he fortunate luck of being referred to Jim and I want to pay it forward for anyone else that may find themselves in the same predicament. He worked tirelessly on my case and gave me upfront and direct advice. I appreciate his efforts to know me as a person as well as my family. He did not sugar coat the things I needed to do to give myself the best possible outcome. Through his efforts and sound advice I was able to not only get no jail-time, but I was able to get a significantly reduced sentence for a second DUI that could have carried 6 months jail-time. I would highly recommend Jim and his staff for anyone that is going through the stress of a DUI and needs a top notch legal attorney on their side.
