Jim Burnham blows every other lawyer out of the water. He's smarter and sharper than any attorney I've ever known. Thank God I found Jim. I was charged with possession of a controlled substance , a felony . Thanks to his determination mixed with his compassion for me as a hard working mom , he worke...d tirelessly to get my case dismissed and eventually expunged. He literally saved my life and my reputation. There is no one better than Jim. I am beyond grateful I found him, and will sing his praises until i die. Best Lawyer Ever. Excellent work and perfect results!

I just landed a new job. My felony criminal background check came back clear and I start my new job soon. I am very happy! All the work that went into the diversion program that Jim Burnham obtained for me and the meticulous paramount work put in the expunction (deleting criminal records). J...im Burnham and his team did great things for me and I appreciate it!

Very thankful for Jim Burnham

Hiring Mr. Burnham was the best decision I could have made to expunge my record. His hard work, dedication and relentless fight got the job done and my records were destroyed. This would not have been possible without Mr. Burnham; he is by far the best attorney in the State of Texas.

Best Lawyer In Texas

Jim Burnham is the most dedicated and caring lawyer I have ever met. From the moment of my first call to his office to the miraculous dismissal of my felony case, Jim has accomplished the impossible. I was charged with felony invasive visual recording in 2019. Before Jim took over, my previous leg...al counsel told me my case was unsalvageable because I had basically confessed to everything. I was prepared to spend some time behind bars. Jim took my case, assured me that he would take care of me, and proceeded to put together a presentation so thorough and effective that even I was convinced I deserved another shot at life. Jim got me into a program that resulted in my entire case being dismissed. Eventually, I will be able to expunge the arrest and close this chapter of my life for good. I am extremely grateful that I got the best lawyer in North Texas. But I also made a friend that I will treasure for the rest of my life. I was an out-of-state kid, living alone while my future hung in the balance. I had some dark days. In those moments of darkness and uncertainty, Jim also became a good friend of mine. I am able to move on and work towards my career because of Jim Burnham's persistence and passion.
