Simply The Best

I was charged with sexual assault of a minor. I hired a lawyer who strung me along for a year and half with false hopes and lies. I realized I better do something so I called Mr. Burnham and from the first phone call to the first visit to his office I knew I had made the right decision. Mr. Burnha...m is a no BS straight shooting honest man. His team worked my case until they got the best possible outcome, advising and communicating to me honestly all along the way. I went from possible jail time to 5 years deferred probation. My advise if you get charged do not mess around call Mr. Burnham !

Very thankful for Jim Burnham

Hiring Mr. Burnham was the best decision I could have made to expunge my record. His hard work, dedication and relentless fight got the job done and my records were destroyed. This would not have been possible without Mr. Burnham; he is by far the best attorney in the State of Texas.

Because of my arrest, I was at risk of being expelled from ROTC, losing my scholarship, and having to pay back my tuition for previous years if my case was not dismissed. The best attorney to call

review is below: "In 2017, I was charged with a sex-crime felony. I knew I had not committed any crime, and I felt I was a victim of circumstance, but I had no idea what to do. Luckily, I was referred to Attorney Jim Burnham, who calmly walked me through the process of turning myself in and p...osting bond. I was worried about sitting in jail for a long time waiting for my bond to post, but the whole process was over within 12 hours. After that, Jim got to work on my case. With such a serious charge, I did not think my case was going to end well. However, Jim called me every day (most days twice) to ask questions and update me on his progress. Jim invested a lot of time and hard work into representing me. After months of work, Jim convinced the Dallas County Grand Jury to dismiss my case by returning a "no-bill." I was a free man. I cannot express how grateful I am to Jim for his work on my case. I had no clue where to turn when I was blindsided by these charges. Jim answered all my questions, kept me informed, and used his expertise and work ethic to get my case dismissed. A felony charge can destroy your life, but Jim made sure that didn't happen to me.
