TOP TIER

Jim Burnham blows every other lawyer out of the water. He's smarter and sharper than any attorney I've ever known. Thank God I found Jim. I was charged with possession of a controlled substance , a felony . Thanks to his determination mixed with his compassion for me as a hard working mom , he worke...d tirelessly to get my case dismissed and eventually expunged. Felony Drug Case

I hired Jim Burnham for a felony control substance case in mid-2019. From the day I hired Jim until the day my case was dismissed, he worked consistently and diligently on my case. I never had to call Jim Burnham and ask for an update on my case because he always directly communicated any updates ...to me as soon as he had any new information. My case was recently issued a No Bill by a Grand Jury, and thanks to Jim Burnham I am no longer accused of a felony. I am beyond grateful that my case resulted in such a favorable decision, and I know it was all because of Jim’s tireless effort to resolve my case. If I had to rate my experience working with Jim Burnham on a scale of 1-10, I would rate him 100 because he exceeded my expectations and helped remove this black cloud that hung over my life. I can confidently say Jim Burnham has changed my life for the better, and I will never be able to properly express my appreciation for his hard work and dedication.

Incredible attorney = incredible results

Jim Burnham was hired to represent me on a felony possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) after my previous counsel advised me to plead guilty to the felony. I did not want to plea guilty to a felony possession of a controlled substance, and I hired Jim Burnham to represent me.Jim's persistenc...e in my case showed me he cared and was devoted to my case. Jim worked hard and he had my felony case reduced to a misdemeanor. I was beyond grateful that Jim Burnham had my case reduced to a misdemeanor and he worked tirelessly to resolve my case. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jim Burnham to anyone who needs a criminal defense attorney. Jim does npt stop working on a case until he receives the best result.

Miracle Worker

I can not begin to express my grattitude to Mr. Burnaham. I was facing a a Felony Controlled substance charge in Dallas County. With my previous convictions and having twice been to the penitintiary I was convinced my fate was sealed. Mr. Burnham not only got me deferred adjudication with two year...s probation but went above and beyond and I was released from probation after only 11 months. I will forever be grateful to him and his dedication to my case.

A great attorney

Jim helped me when I was charged with Felony Possion of a Controlled Substance in West Texas. He got the case dismissed due to his expertise and hard work. I can't recommend him high enough.
