Never Gave Up!

Jim never hesitated in taking my case even though things did not look very good for me. Attorneys I've worked with in the past would have probably encouraged me to plead this case out from the beginning. Instead of pleading it, Jim encouraged me to let the case run its course. We did, and he never ...gave up. After some unacceptable plea offerings from the DA, Jim filed some pretrial hearing motions based on some information that had developed around some of the players in my case. This was 16 months after my arrest. Some of this information turned out to be accurate and as a result of the motions Jim filed, there was a hearing around evidence admissibility. We were in court for a couple of days, won the motions and it changed the whole complexion of my case. I am a free man today because of his persistence and perseverance on my behalf. I wholeheartedly recommend Jim Burnham.
