TOP TIER

Jim Burnham blows every other lawyer out of the water. He's smarter and sharper than any attorney I've ever known. Thank God I found Jim. I was charged with possession of a controlled substance , a felony . Thanks to his determination mixed with his compassion for me as a hard working mom , he worke...d tirelessly to get my case dismissed and eventually expunged. One of the best!

Jim Burnham is definitely an attorney that you should hire. I contacted Jim about 9 1/2 years ago and he kept up with my case all those years constantly checking in constantly seeing how I’m doing constantly asking how my family was doing. He’s more than an attorney. He is a true professional. This... is definitely someone you want in your corner when you’ve been falsely accused of a crime..

He protected me

Jim Burnham is a tremendous lawyer who cares about and protects his clients! He represented me on charges of felony theft and worked incredibly hard on my case with the prosecutor. In the end, instead of prison time, Jim got me probation with no conviction, with no fine, no restitution, and no commun...ity service. The only thing I have to do now is send in a probation sheet every month.

Remarkable attorney and even better human being

Feeling Blessed and Relieved

I recently went through the unfortunate and horrible mistake of allowing myself to get in serious trouble for the second time in my life. After a virtually mistake free path through 40 years of my life I managed to get a DUI at 41 then again at 49. This second DUI was scary and stressful, but I had t...he fortunate luck of being referred to Jim and I want to pay it forward for anyone else that may find themselves in the same predicament. He worked tirelessly on my case and gave me upfront and direct advice. I appreciate his efforts to know me as a person as well as my family. He did not sugar coat the things I needed to do to give myself the best possible outcome. Through his efforts and sound advice I was able to not only get no jail-time, but I was able to get a significantly reduced sentence for a second DUI that could have carried 6 months jail-time. I would highly recommend Jim and his staff for anyone that is going through the stress of a DUI and needs a top notch legal attorney on their side.
