Great Legal Advice

Matt is a specialist who is very knowledgeable in landlord-tenant law. He is thorough and a great communicator. He has great patience in explaining the law and our options in this area of law. He helped us save money and heart ache. I highly recommend him.

excellent advice

We called Mr. Chase in regards to an issue we had with our landlord, even though we are out of his district he gave us some really good advice on what to do and how to handle things, would definitely recommend Matthew chase to anyone needing a good lawyer, he is very knowledgeable and helpful

I will always be happy, time willing, to answer questions from folks on other parts of Missouri outside the St. Louis area I'm generally operating in, but local rules and practice may differ. Outstanding Advice

I called Mr. Chase because a former landlord claimed that I owed additional compensation (beyond the deposit) for damages to the apartment in which I lived. This situation took me by surprise, as I anticipated receiving a full refund of my deposit. Mr. Chase offered some outstanding advice on this ma...tter and I highly recommend him.

Responsive, fast, excellent

We got a "speeding in a construction zone" ticket while driving through St. Louis last month that REQUIRED my husband to appear in court. We don't live in St. Louis and did not want to go back for that. We found Chase through Avvo and called him and a number of other area attorneys. He was the only o...ne to pick up his own phone, which to me is a big plus. He asked us about the jurisdiction (St. Louis Muni Court) and asked us to send him a pic or copy of the ticket. He charged a flat rate of $150 and said he expected the case to be fairly straightforward. Other attorneys, or their paralegals, did eventually call back, but they said their fee was $500, and they said my husband would likely have to do community service or jail time in St. Louis. That sounded so extreme to me; I mean, it's a speeding ticket! We decided to hire Chase and within two weeks, he had been down to the court and gotten the charge reduced to a non-moving violation and had the fine reduced. Best of all once we pay it this weekend, we're done. Thank you! Though we hope never to need you again, we will certainly recommend you to others should they find themselves where we were.

Speeding Ticket

I got a speeding ticket on the way from Kansas City to West Plains. I got his number from one of my friend. I called him and he took care of it very professionally. He is good at answering messages and any your concerns. Happy with his service and will recommend him for anyone who need help.
