19 year old charged in State court with a DWI-Drug Intoxication. Deputy performed all standard field sobriety tests improperly, drug recognition expert's observations did not match the alleged drug. To ... ok a deposition of the arresting deputy. It was later discovered through our investigation, the police officer was disciplined previously for showing up to work impaired by alcohol. We filed motions to suppress evidence at trial. Just days before trial, all charges were dropped by the prosecutor.

Also represented client in criminal charges in Municipal Court. ... I had my clients police report and video analyzed by a DWI, Standard Field Sobriety Testing and BAC Machine expert. After my in house former police officer and I reviewed the entire case, I went to bat for my client and aggressively fought all the charges.
