Josh P. Tolin

I'm Josh Tolin's former and current client. I have known Josh Tolin since 1997. He helped me to settle a case of medical malpractice and hospital negligence which caused my late mother to suffer from broken skull. I was really satisfied with the result of that settlement. I have known Josh Tolin aince 1988. He has asssted me in numerous situations. His knowledge of medical malpractive is unmatched. He is an expert in any case involving birth defects. He is a great advocate for his clients. Yes, he did suffer a bar complaint that caused action to be taken against him. ...I actually testified under oath on his behalf. No individual was harmed financially or otherwise in his complaint. The complaint arose because another individual Josh knew socially violated Josh's trust and private information was utilized. Josh made every good for the injured party, however the Bar still took action against him. He has my complete trust and I have as well as my partners have accepted him into our firm. Sometimes the system doesn't work and Josh was the unfortunate victim. Any person would be well served by Josh and he is a tremendous attorney.

I was represented by Josh shortly before he lost his license.
