Erin has treated me with the honesty and respect that any lawyer should. Right from the beginning we discussed any and all options. She has stayed on top and on course of every situation that has come about from opposing counsel. Starting out with my Order of Protection Hearing, she successfully m...ounted a defense strategy, which as a result the petitioner decided to withdraw her accusations and the order was dimissed. Miss O'Sullivan offered many suggestions to handle a contested divorce case and each and every decision ended up very poorly received in the court room. She is learning more on how to handle cases but comes across very timid when confronted by more seasoned lawyers. To her credit, she sticks by the... truth and will present her client in an honest fashion. Preparation of all paperwork is done and presented accurately. Motions and filings are of high quality and adhere to statute. To her discredit, any lengthy court battle, she wears down and comes across as being uninformed in cases of hearings. She does little to cross examine opposing council witnesses and offers few objections when her clients are on the stand. She does little to prep clients as to what to expect and how court proceedings will effect the outcome if giving in to concessions. In the courtroom is where all the emphasis comes into play and Miss O'Sullivan requires more experience to a better than average lawyer.
