I retained Erin in late 2009 to guide me through a very bitter divorce. This was one of the most frustrated experiences of my life. Erin was there for me every step of the way and kept me well informed throughout the process. In the early stages, you may find yourself consumed and overwhelmed at t...imes. I remember sending Erin an email on a Saturday morning sharing some of my thoughts and within an hour or so I received a response back with advice. This remained the standard throughout my entire experience with Erin. Erin was very careful to set fair expectations and did not make any promises she could not live up to. She was the voice of reason at times I felt like throwing reason out the window. Her billing methodology and fees were some of the most reasonable in Will County. My ex spent 1.5 times what I spent and from my perspective received inferior service. My divorce is final, I have ample fathering time with my boys, and I can concentrate on the more positive things in life thanks to Erin’s help. Erin is supported by two wonderful young ladies in her office, Jessica and Arielle who demonstrate the highest level of professionalism. There is always someone available and you will never go for any period of time wondering and waiting for a response. I recommend Erin and her staff to anyone seeking a fair, caring, honest family law attorney.

Erin was a superior attorney for my divorce case. She is easy to converse with and listened to my concerns with child custody and financial issues with compassion and concern. She breaks things down to common language, did not overwhelm me (in an already over the top stressful situation) with a lot... of "legal-ese" talk. While I had not had past experience with long-term legal issues-I am continually told that attorneys never return calls or take forever to get back to you--not this office. My calls or emails were returned the same day by Erin herself or one of her assiatants if Erin was not available for some reason. The "front line" service speaks volumes for her business as well. Her office staff is outstanding and very professional. Their attention to detail is outstanding and they too are very prompt when returning calls or answering emails. I was never made to feel like I was "bothering them" by calling (sometimes several times a day!) They were always able to tell me when to expect to hear back from Erin. Erin was very clear and honest up front about what I should and should not expect in terms of this case. I was very pleased with Erin's professionalism and yet she is very friendly and as I mentioned before, easy to talk with. Even when opposing counsel was not repsonding in a timely matter, Erin did not stoop to that level, she was adament about "us" getting things in on time and when required by the court as she knew that would represent our case better to the judge. My parents had to help me financially with the legal fees due to my circumstances, and they too could not say enough about what an outstanding job Erin did in my case. She took the time to answer their questions and never made them feel like they were out of line for asking questions about my case. Erin knows family law. This is an EXCELLENT choice if you are looking for someone to represent you. I hope I don't NEED her services again, but if I ever did....TOP CHOICE for sure!

My overall experience with Ms. O'Sullivan was very positive. She and her entire staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with questions and concerns that pop up through the process. Going through a divorce is not an easy thing, yet anytime I needed to communicate with her office, I was always treate...d very kindly, and at that time of my life, I needed that. Also, I found her fees to be very reasonable, and that, also, is a concern in these trying economic times. I would definitely recommend Ms. O'Sullivan to anyone who needed family law representation.
