For several years I searched for an attorney who would take my case to heart and advocate for me as if I was his own family. All the attorneys I had ever worked with were only interested in making money and getting a quick result. Raif was everything I had looked for and more. He was extremely kind, understanding, he listened to every fact I gave and used it. In court he was brilliant, knowing just what to say at every moment. He won a nearly impossible case for me and I am so grateful. Most of all though, he kept interactions between me and the opposing attorney and my ex calm and stress free just because of his approach. Thank you thank you thank you, you have saved my life !!

If you are reading this review you are likely going through one of the most difficult times of your life. My prayers go to you to make it through the best you can.
My process was very difficult as we were dealing with an irrational counter-party filled with hatred. This made the process long, difficult, frustrating uncertain.
Raif was excellent at drawing the best path for us and always being the voice of reason and the expert advise to keep us on track.
Many times things heated up horribly and I was tempted to fall into the same game and respond in kind; Raif always helped me cool down and keep our target on sight avoiding wasting time and money on useless emotional responses. He really was the cool-minded and expert guide I needed to see this process through.
My divorce process was absolutely horrible, but having Raif guiding me through it made the difference that allowed me to carry until the end.
Going through what you are about to go through cannot be pleasant, but having someone like Raif support you through it would make a huge difference. Best of luck!

I would and have already recommended Raif. I believe that one of the most important qualities a good lawyer should have is an understanding that, everyones life, story and situation is unique and requires a variety of understanding, attention and skills. Raif adapted well and quickly to my case. He reponded to my needs with both professionalism and humor. Just what one needs when life not going exactly as planned. My case was not typical, easy or brief by any means and, Raif followed through with class and determination for my sake. Being very thorough, approachable and knowledgeable he pressed forward to achieve a favorable outcome. Raif, is a great lawyer and an incredible human being.

After having had two less than satisfactory experiences with other attorneys, I found Raif through this site. From our first meeting I felt I was in good hands. Raif is skilled, efficient, professional, an effective communicator and strategizer, and compassionate. Throughout my entire divorce process Raif was not only my attorney, he was my advocate. I'm certain I could not have had better representation.

I could not have gotten through the divorce process without Raif. He not only was a complete professional but understood what I was going through on a personal level. I would rate both Raif's professionalism and demeanor and understanding at the highest of levels.

I used Raif to help with a visitation/custody case that we needed assistance on. He was VERY professional and helpful in SO many ways. For every question I had, he responded with case law, good thorough answers, and very professional insight. I would absolutely use him again and recommend him to friends, family, or anyone else needing representation with these types of issues.

Raiford is extremely knowledgable and a real professional - he runs this practice as he would want to be treated. Extreme honesty and provides the details that a client needs to make a decision. He enjoys what he does and it shows with the pride he has for his work.

I tried a case against Raif a few years ago and he did an excellent job. He had a tough case on the facts and had to overcome a few immunities, but despite all the obstacles he was very effective in court. He is honest, trustoworthy and a pleasure to work with. He always took the time to explain everything we were doing in court to his client who did not speak english. He filed all the necessary pre trial motions and did a very effective cross examinaiton of my client. I'd definately refer personal injury plaintiffs to him.

Raif was my divorce attorney this year. According to Raif, I was a high income individual so protecting my interests while being fair (my concern) was paramount. I must say that not only was I pleased with Raif's knowledge through the process and demeanor in the joint sessions, but also I was especially pleased with ability to make sure the division of assets was fair and in the best interest of both parties (something I requested).
Following the divorce, I needed counsel on other topics - an employment contract, estate planning and a prenuptial agreement. Raif put me in touch with other highly qualified attorneys that were a pleasure to work with. I was very happy with Raif's ability to put me in touch with the right attorneys with the right personalities.

Raif helped me resolve a complex college cost allocation issue. He is very straightforward and lays out the strategic options before doing a lot of work. He is very knowledgeable - including re: complex financial matters - and genuinely cares about his clients. You want Raif to be on your side!

I endorse this lawyer's work. Raif and I have opposed each other on several occasions. I have found him to be well prepared, conscientious, a zealous advocate for his clients and knowledgeable about the law. Raif works hard, brings creative solutions to difficult problems.
