Great Lawyer

She listened to everything I said and was on my side completely. I was against some things that were actually in my favor and she tried to help me as much as she could. I would def recommend her for legal help. Her assistant Robyn was very nice and helpful also.

Wonderful Custody Lawyer

Me children's father and I were in a custody battle. He tried gaining full custody of both of our children and in the end told me that he was not satisfied with our agreement as he got nothing he wanted thanks to my attorney, Amy. We agreed on joint custody and he originally only wanted random drug s...creens administered to me but, signed and agreed that he would be randomly drug screened also. Amy is a great person and attorney. She got my everything I wanted and more. It's nice to know they're attorneys out there whom are actually concerned about your life and what happens to you and they genuinely care. Would give her more stars if I could!

So/So

50/50 chance of her being at my court dates and never mailed me information she said she would. I waited months for information for classes I needed to complete that never came in the mail. I had to email her and received a reply from her assistant. Followed by not having impugn time then to get clas...ses done for court. She was not considerate. Yes she did help with my case but I did not personally feel like she wanted to help me or give my specific case much thought or attention.

It is unfortunate that your experience was not as positive as you expected. For the most part hiring a busy attorney is a good thing to do because we know the judges, we know our adversaries (opposing attorneys and prosecutors), know the law, and have valuable experience that can help in your case. The down side however, is we can get so busy that we are not able to meet our scheduling demands as quickly and as efficiently as we would like. Again, I am sorry for this experience and feel free to call me to discuss.

Can't say enough about Ms. Melton!

I don't even know where to start with how great an experience I had with Amy as my attorney. I guess the best place to start would be the fact that she was the ONLY attorney that answered my call at 8pm the night before my first hearing. She had me meet her at her office the following morning befor...e the hearing to go over everything and assure me that I was in good hands. We went over to court and if it weren't clear enough already at what a great choice I had made her courtroom demeanor could not have solidified my decision any more. She made sure I was calm and took the time to walk me through everything step by step. She absolutely got me a great result and I honestly could not have asked for a better attorney to have represented me and for a better outcome. Simply put she was worth EVERY penny!
