I hired Adam when I discovered my attorney literally did the very opposite of what I wanted in my divorce case. Adam was very direct and knowledgeable about Family Law. I have been devastated by the damage my first attorney has done - losing custody and having to pay child support. The divorce is now final and with Adam's help, we are on a journey to recover custody of my children from my convicted child abusing ex husband. My legal situation is somewhat unique in that I have been divorced for over ten years and just recently have been back in court with my ex-husband regarding our son wanting to be homeschooled. My ex is adamantly against homeschooling even though I have a masters degree in education and 14 years experience in the public school system. Adam took on my case with vigor and proved his integrity both in the courtroom and through developing a professional, reassuring client relationship. It is from my own personal experience and therefore my own personal opinion in working with Adam Gynac that he is unprofessional, unfair, and in my particular situation made me very emotional to the point of tears. I bared my soul to him on the phone, on emails w valid proof from other professionals and in person as to how manipulative my ex was, only to be “eye rolled” back by him when describing my pain. I honestly do feel he is a narcissist, a complete male chauvinist and quite down right rude. I would never personally recommend him to anyone. Also, I feel he did not have both of my children’s best interest at heart. As a female, I truly felt completely discriminated against.

I, too, was handed off to this guy from the attorney I had originally hired to handle my case. He seemed a bit too friendly to opposing counsel, and motions and orders were always prepared "on the run". Not much discussion on specifics. Therefore in dealing with later issues, it was discovered that orders were vague in their content, and nearly unenforceable. Nothing was ever considered final. It continues to this day. I am happy to say that I have retained an attorney who is aggressive and willing to fight for my causes.

8 months and did absolutly nothing for me except take my money hired a different lawyer within 2 months every thing was settled who knows how much longer he would of taken had i stayed with him my biggest mistake was going to that firm in the first plac went there and hired a different lawyer and a week later after hiring hershe pawns me off on gynac who constantly wanted to delay every thing and do it when it waS convenent for him dont waste your money on this guy like i did find someone with alot more experience and years behind him
