Amy Melton

Amy Melton has assisted me with a couple of cases over the last couple years. She is competent and very confident. Anytime I had questions or something was unclear to me, she thoroughly explained everything to me and ensured that I had a better understanding at that all my questions/concerns were cov...ered and that I was comfortable going forward. The types of cases that Amy takes are always very emotional for all parties and she helped in making everything as unstressful as possible. I found Amy to be extremely personable. I have hired other attorneys in the past and sometimes felt as if I was simply a case number. With Amy, I felt that my case was important to her; I was important to her and she genuinely cared. If she was unavailable when I called the office, she always returned my calls in a timely fashion. She was also very patient with me (I can be long-winded and emotional) and I never felt as if she were too busy to speak with me or that I was being rushed off the phone. She was always very thorough in explaining to me what was going on with my case, what to expect in the courtroom, and what options I had going forward. She kept me informed while also allowing me to make decisions. Amy Melton is not only an excellent attorney, but she ensures that each client feels like he or she is her only client. I highly recommend her for any of your family law needs.

Me children's father and I were in a custody battle. He tried gaining full custody of both of our children and in the end told me that he was not satisfied with our agreement as he got nothing he wanted thanks to my attorney, Amy. We agreed on joint custody and he originally only wanted random drug s...creens administered to me but, signed and agreed that he would be randomly drug screened also. Amy is a great person and attorney. She got my everything I wanted and more. It's nice to know they're attorneys out there whom are actually concerned about your life and what happens to you and they genuinely care. Would give her more stars if I could!
