I recently had the good fortune of retaining Brian as my attorney. While the circumstances of my case were less than ideal, I am grateful that Brian represented me. My situation involved a some overdue child support that the court ordered me to pay. Fortunately, Brian was able to step in and set the matter straight and convinced the court to vacate their order. I had a ticket for operating a vehicle when the registration was cancelled, but the kicker is that when I got pulled over I was driving a company van. Basically, someone in my company had made an honest mistake and swapped the license plates on two of our several vehicles. The plates that were on the vehicle I was driving were supposed to go another vehicle which surprisingly enough had gotten into a car accident and those plates were actually being cancelled. Mr. Radke helped me take care of an underage drinking that I forgot to pay many years ago. I no longer live in the area and was unable to appear in court regarding the resulting warrant for unpaid fines. When this issue resurfaced due to a criminal background check for employment, I was very apprehensive and nervous regarding having the right person handle this very important issue for me. He helped me quash the warrant and pay the fines, and ultimately I did not have to appear in court. He explained all the possible outcomes throughout the situation and regularly gave me updates regarding the progress of the situation. The fines have been paid, and when it is time for me to expunge the offense from my record he will be the first and only person I call. He was very professional throughout and fully explained his fees and charges. I felt that I was in very good hands the entire time, which was very important, because this was a situation which may have prevented me from starting my employment. I cannot thank him enough.
