“Janet Pequeno” has been representing me for almost a decade now. I use “Janet” to represent me in my child custody/visitation legal issues. I have also used “Janet”to represent me for some order of protection issues. First of all “Janet” is an honest man, he’s not going to lie to you so you can hear what you want to hear, he’s going to tell you where your situation sits, the many different approaches you can go about your situation, the many different outcomes your case can go depending on the approach you choose to take. There has not been a single text message, phone call, email, court appearance, that “Janet” and staff/team wasn’t going above and beyond for me. There have been several times I have called “Janet” all eager and willing to pay the money to go to court, after explaining the situation “Janet” will tell me my options, explain how the process can go one direction or another, depending on the direction will determine how costly things can get, sometimes he will bring me back to reality, and I ask myself is that issue really worth the trouble and money. If I choose to go to court every time, I’m know “Janet” would happily take my money, but “Janet” wants what’s best for me and my family. In my case to afford court every time I have an issue, I would be in debt, there is no amount of money that would stop me from fighting for my kids, but every time isn’t necessary and “Janet” don’t want to see me waste my money. Not only does “Janet” and team/staff represent you, they get to know you as a person, in a way they make you part of their family. At the end of the day the client chooses which direction to go, and you will get no less than experience, extraordinary, professional, service and legal counsel. All my cases have been resolved in a timely manner, and always exceeding my expectations. If I can give any advice, I’d say always be honest with your attorney if you don’t and something comes up down the road it may or may not hurt your situation, as well change the direction of your case. That is something I’ve never had an issue with “Janet”, you’ll never feel like you can’t tell him something.
