I hired Ben and his team to handle my bankruptcy and they did a fantastic job preparing all necessary documents but I was in court for 3 minutes with all debts discharged! I have gotten letters from people trying to collect since the bankruptcy and his assistant Eliana has solved all these issues wit...

The first thing you want to establish with your lawyer is making sure there is a personality match. Clients needing legal representation are typically burried in stress. In my first call with Ben within minutes my stress level went down by quite a bit as Ben took that responsibility and quickly adapt...

Ben did a great job on our case! He kept us informed every step of the way. He's a little pricey but well worth it. You get what you pay for with attorneys. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing debt relief!

Aggressive, results oriented, trustworthy and smart. Mr. Schneider handled a very urgent and sensitive case regarding child custody. Myself being out- of -state was of course out of my league in his states laws and definately needed an aggressive, smart lawyer on my side whom understood what I expec...

Ben has represented me in my chapter 13 case, he is quite knowledgeable about the process, he helped me to save my property and continues to assist me when I need his help.
"As a practicing bankruptcy attorney, if I have questions about the law, Ben is the first person I go to for help and advice. I would not have been able to start my own practice if not for his guidance. Ben is not only extremely knowledgeable about the the law, he also cares about and listens to his clients. Unlike some attorneys, Ben treats his clients like people with real needs, not numbers on a spreadsheet."
"Ben is one of the smartest, most honest and strategic lawyers I have ever met in my 20 plus years of legal practice. He has an immense depth of knowledge in bankruptcy law and I trust his judgment 100%. I highly recommend Ben Schneider for Bankruptcy and other commercial litigation matters."
"I have known Ben for over a year as a fellow attorney in the Chicago community. We have worked as opposing counsel before, and have an ongoing referral relationship. Ben is a skilled and dedicated attorney with extensive knowledge of bankruptcy and family law. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for strong and effective representation at reasonable rates."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. The clients of mine who I referred to him are very pleased with his work and advise."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. I practiced in bankruptcy law for eighteen years before moving to another area of law, so I'd like to think that I know a good bankruptcy lawyer when I see one - I do in Ben. The best compliment I can pay Ben, is that he treats his bankruptcy clients like I did - with respect, creativity, tenacity and intelligence. I have no hesitation referring clients to Ben, because I know they will get excellent representation."
