I actually, found Josh on this site. I remember my first impression of him being WOW, what a compassionate guy. I say this because lets face facts, if youre out searching for a Divorce/Family Probate attorney, things probably aren't fabulous in your life at that moment. When I posed my question on t...he open forum, at 8pm, he responded quickly by saying "first and foremost let me say that I am so sorry you going through this", and it struck me. The following day, from a parking lot in my car on the phone, I hired Josh to represent me in what ended up being an absolute nightmare divorce/custody battle/criminal trial etc. And for the record, I am the MOTHER in this situation. Josh and I along with my family and a criminal attorney fought swiftly, methodically and basically around the clock in order to save my family. This is in no way an exaggeration, my ex spouse was attempting to take me young son away, out of pure desperation. Again, I am the MOTHER and the breadwinner. This man worked tirelessly, diligently, consulted when he needed to, and was by my side for 2+ years. He never gave up.
