Get answers! Get accountability! I work hard to investigate how and why serious issues of neglect and abuse occur and then hold the facilities and care giver accountable finanically also with a focus on new policies and procedures, training and equipment to reduce the chances of similiar injuries to other vulnerable adults.

In addition to being an attorney I work to be an advocate for the rights of vulnerable adults and seniors in our community. I frequently speak at senior centers, legal seminars, advocacy groups, community events and other locations offering advice on issues important to seniors and caregivers.

Thorough, committed and easy to work with

Ken was our attorney following a head-on car accident. He went above and beyond. No issue was too big or small for him to tackle. We could tell right away that he had our back and would fight for us. He brought a ton of expertise but also listened to our perspectives, which was really important to us. He explained all of the complexities of a legal case to us and made sure we understood what was happening and what our options were. We are extremely grateful that Ken represented us.

Compassionate advocate for the elderly

Ken worked diligently with understanding and compassion with our grieving family after the wrongful death of our Mother. His heart is in the right place and he always listened to our concerns as he aggressively attacked the nursing home whose negligence took the life of our Mother. Because of his proactive work he forced the nursing home to make changes to protect other elderly residents, and for that we feel our Mother did not die in vain. He is not your typical attorney and we highly recommend him.

What an amazing person to work with!

Kenneth was an amazing attorney to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way and always made me feel like I was in control of my case. He was very efficient and knowledgeable about my case and similar cases in comparison. Kenneth made me feel like he cared about me, not just representing me as an attorney. Are you in good hand?

Ken changed my perception about lawyer. He is down to the earth and very approachable. You heard so many sales terms about "You are in good hand!" from insurance ads or from some TV ads about some law firm. After I met Ken, I then understood the actual meaning about "You are in good hand!" He explained the situation from the victim point of view. I will not hesitate to hire him and to recommend Ken to my friend in the future. He is always there for you by phone or by email through the whole case processing period.
