All of these experiences have molded Mr. Prada as a person and his philosophy regarding the practice of law. His primary area of experience is in employment and civil law.
South Florida

He is a native Spanish speaker and is proud of his Cuban culture. A graduate of Florida International University's Political Science and Economics programs, Mr. Prada is truly a product of our community. Experience, Education, and Awards
While at NYU Mr. Prada was a Petrie Foundation Scholar and awarded with significant scholarships to aid his studies. Mr. Prada studied under some of the nation's leading professors, many of which are now deans of leading law schools throughout the country.
During his tenure with a general practice attorney, Mr. Prada worked closely with clients in the field of Personal Injury. Mr. Prada developed strong relationships with the firm's clients and handled most communications with clients. It was here that Mr. Prada began to appreciate the importance of keeping clients informed regarding the progress of their case. This belief has become one of the founding principles of Prada Legal.
While at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Miami he was presented with an award for his hard work and dedication to representing minority groups' rights in employment. Mr. Prada worked for a variety of client while at the EEOC including: a victim of work place harassment due to race, a victim of sexual harassment, and a group of employees who were discriminated against due to their skin color and accents. This experience left a strong impression in the mind of Mr. Prada. He has seen that far too many people in South Florida go without legal representation due to the prohibitive costs. This is why at Prada Legal I work with my clients to structure flexible payment plans that will allow almost anyone to secure legal counsel.
At Prada Legal I treat each client like they are important regardless of the monetary stakes. We understand that if you are consulting with an attorney, the matter is important to you and will have a significant effect on your life. We respect the responsibility that you have entrusted us with and we work hard to meet your high standards.
