I was involved in a car accident in March of 2021 where my car was totaled and I had multiple back injuries. Tony was very communicative during the entire process and answered any question I had. This review has everything to do with TRUST. It’s rare in one’s lifetime you meet someone for the first time, and that person would ultimately change your life FOREVER. On Feb 13, 2017, it happened to me when I met Tony Kalogerakos. That morning, I was involved in a car accident in which I needed to ...be taken to the nearest hospital by ambulance. Upon leaving the hospital 5 hours later, the first thing I needed to do was find an attorney. I had never before needed the services of a personal injury lawyer, so I searched online for the nearest law office to my home. As fate would have it, I chose Injury Lawyers of Illinois. Tony’s office suite was very professional in its decor while modestly showcasing some of his industry recognitions and accomplishments, so I had a good feeling from that point on. When the receptionist escorted me to his office and we met for the first time, I was immediately impressed by his confident and personable demeanor. I, by nature, ask a lot of questions. We discussed the facts of the case, my options, his responsibilities as an attorney and potential outcomes. I knew as the consultation was nearing its end, he would be representing me. I became an active participant in my case, cooperating with Tony and his staff providing any necessary documentation and/or evidence needed to prepare for my case. At no time, throughout the entire process, did he nor his staff ever NOT communicate with me when I inquired about a status update. Tony and I developed a great client/attorney relationship and it evolved to the point I trusted him to his word, allowing him to make his decisions on my behalf without approval, convinced it was in my best interest. Long story short, Tony battled again and again with the defendant’s insurance company and ultimately reached a fair settlement far beyond my expectations. I have since recovered from my injuries and the accident is a distant memory, however; I’ll be forever grateful to Tony Kalogerakos and his staff.
