Biography
I earnestly strive to provide my clients guidance and understanding throughout the representation. I realize when one hires an attorney, it is often because the individual is going through a difficult time in his or her life. To me it is important to develop a level of trust. My practice focuses on the client, whether it be complex family law issues, sports & entertainment advise and representation and/or entirely litigation oriented. I take the time to listen, validate and truly understand the issue(s) presented from my client's perspective, explain the relevant legal principles I see as applicable, all to create an individualized strategy for each client in order to reach the most favorable outcome. “I have handled many out-of-state legal matters for a number of clients. I have always moved the court for permission to appear after notifying opposing counsel of my licensure status. In all but one case I have been granted such. In MN I was given Private Probation for too many admissions on a MN opposing attorney's complaint; the WI regulatory body desired not to honor reciprocal discipline & compelled me to stipulate to a public reprimand. I did. I accept responsibility & ask what harm?”
