Natalie M. Sturicz

I hired Ms. Sturiez-Heiges back in 2011. I am only responding now because as of today I have all my kids through the child support process and feel that the legal system can do me wrong no more. Ms. S-H took my case after I explained where we were at. . . but she apparently didn't read the files be...cause in our first appearance with the judge we were told this placement decision has already been made and "what are we doing here?" Ms. S-H turned to me and said "you never told me that!" I said "didn't you read the file?" During the court hearing she kept calling my ex by my last name (my ex had never taken my name and I told Ms. S-H not to do so). She also did not know how many children I had. Kept referring to my child support percentage as if I had two children when I have three. As stated by another reviewer she was able to convince the judge to allow her to "jump ship" due to my extreme displeasure and her total lack of understanding of the case. This cost me lots of additional money and years of precious time with our children. Ms. H.-S. is not currently practicing law which is a good thing for anyone who places their children and money in high regard. She would be my last choice for an attorney.

THE FUTURE OF YOUR FAMILY IN WRONG HANDS - I do NOT ENDORSE Attorney Sturicz informed me that a $3000-retainer 'should cover the whole' divorce | Attorney Sturicz's biases, and inattention created several liabilities in my case - directly resulting in the Court deciding 30% loss of placement time (...over average) with my children was acceptable | Attorney Sturicz billed an additional >$13,000 for this result over two years marching to Custody/Divorce Trail | Attorney Sturicz ultimately convinced a transitioning Court Judge to allow her to release me as a client {for non-payment} 1-month before the Court Trial | Attorney Sturicz later successfully had the Court garnish my wages for an additional $8,000, until the amount was paid. Abandoning me after two years, with 1-month before Custody/Court Trial, the only Attorney (in four Counties) who would risk taking my case in this circumstance led to another $23,500 in Attorney fees over the 2-DAY Divorce Trial, told by all attorneys involved that my case was made very much worse by the advice and actions of Attorney Sturicz. My foolish mistake, hiring... and sticking with Attorney Sturicz has cost my children, my family and myself irredeemably, please make your own decision.

Natalie did an excellent job preparing a comprehensive will for us. She was thorough in her fact-finding, preparation and presentation. She is a skillful attorney, familiar with the law and is excellent at interpreting the details so it is easily understood. She made us feel comfortable and the en...tire process was easy..
