I actually found Ashley on Avvo. I noticed she had the highest number of 5 Star reviews. I like that she is at a small firm / her own firm. My limited experience with attorneys at larger firms is negative; I think there’s more of an incentive towards customer service at a smaller firm. Ashley is very responsive to emails. I even noticed her responding later in the evening to some of my emails, which shows she’ll put in the time necessary to get you a prompt follow up. Ashley is good at listening to what the client wants and then fiercely executing towards that objective, leaning on her experience and relevant case law, and offering expert legal advice. She is also friendly, positive, organized and professional, which is important in negotiations with opposing counsel who is not. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!
