Thad M. Gegner

I contacted Thad Gegner when I was arrested on criminal charges. He was thorough and understanding. He was up front with costs and listened to my case. He and his assistant returned my calls promptly and answered any and all questions I had. I would highly recommend Thad Gegner, if you ever find your...self in a circumstance that requires knowledgeable and fair representation. Mr Gegner is it! My particular case went on for over a year and Thad was there every step of the way. When I finally had my day in court with a twelve person jury trial against the state, Thad was extremely organized and he had done all the research necessary to represent my case. I am so thankful that I used Thad Gegner to represent me in such a dire situation in my life to have a verdict of NOT GUILTY.

Thad Gegner is not an aggressive nor a compassionate attorney. His communication skill are lacking. he says one thing and does another. I hired Thad to represent me in an honest and trusting manner. As an Attorney he did not live up to his obligations. he is not to be trusted. Through my divorce I ha...d to put a good lump sum of money in his trust fund untill the divorce was over. He took my money I had to hire another Attorney to get my money from him. Everytime I called Thad for my money I would get lame excuses. He blew me off and the other Attorney I hired. We went to court and the judge gave him a specific date he was to pay me my money he did not follow through on the date he was suppose to. not a reliable Attorney. I would never recommend him to anyone !

We contacted Mr. Gegner when our son was arrested on criminal charges. First let me say how wonderful Mr. Gegner's assistant is; she put us at ease, was understanding and assured us the we would have communication with Mr. Gegner that same day. We had been waiting 3 days for another attorney to retu...rn our phone calls; they finally requested an outrageous amount to even speak to us. Mr. Gegner promplty returned our calls, explained to us what he thought he could do for our son, kept in contact with all of us the entire time and did exactly what he told us he would do for a fair charge. Mr. Gegner is someone we would highly recommend!
