Attorney Jeff Oswald helped me through the worst time in my life! It was my 3rd OWI and a refusal charge. I was facing immediate revocation because of the refusal, 45 days to 1 year of jail time as well 2 to 3 years revocation once convicted. Upon my initial call I had an appointment with Jeff the... next day. Jeff Oswald was great to work with. In my case, I was facing two felonies and a couple of misdemeanors. I ended up getting 20 hours of community service and probation for 12 months.
