I am about to complete my probation, and just wanted to thank my lawyer again. Jeffrey Oswald represented me for my 6th DWI. A prison sentence seemed inevitable, but i received 8 months on the bracelet, and 4 years probation. The only time I spent in jail was the night of my arrest. Seriously, looking elsewhere is pointless, because you will not find better. When I saw Jeff's ratings and credentials, I made the call. His rate of success in similar OUI/OWI cases was impeccable. When I was facing an OWI even though I was under the legal limit, Jeff knew all of the ins and outs to ...know why the police were trying to charge me, what they were hoping would hold up in court, and most importantly, how to combat it. Do not allow the police to just bully you. Don't believe they are always out for everyone's best interests. Police get emotionally involved in things as can any person, and will think of crafty ways to nail someone, if they feel like doing so. Don't bother to price shop, because his prices are very competitive. Even if you could possibly save a few bucks elsewhere, I think it would be a foolish move. Why would anyone want to do that, when they'd likely only get less knowledge, experience, and in my opinion, a lesser chance of getting the results they want?? I have never had any convictions for anything and am age 45. Jeff's representation ensured that I still do not. OWIs do not easily get dismissed by City/District Attorneys. They are very difficult to conquer and it should not be attempted on your own. Just for the fact that it was reduced to a reckless driving by Jeff's early involvement, and then Jeff looking further into the police body cameras and audio to get it reduced to a petty city ordinance violation for inattentative driving, was a *huge* relief. One of the best things about it is that I never even had to go to court. I wouldn't bother to ever consider another attorney if a similar situation ever happened again! Hire him.

I was issued a citation for an OWI back in July. To make matters worse, I drive truck for a living, so I need my CDL for my livelihood. If that wasn’t bad enough, I’m also from out of state. I had never been in any sort of trouble like this before. I had no idea where to even start. For my situation, we ended up filing a motion hearing, and on the day of the hearing Attorney Oswald exposed many truths that were overlooked on my case and caught multiple lies and mistakes in the arresting officers reports and testimony. Thanks to Attorney Oswald, my case was dismissed and I am free to continue the life that I know. Without a doubt, hiring him was the best decision I made dealing with the whole ordeal and I would highly recommend him to anyone else in a similar situation.
