I am a graduate of Appleton East High School, a local that has been around the Fox Valley area and Wisconsin his entire life. I have studied extensively, including over seas at Oxford University - Magdalen College and in Florence, Italy as well.
Beyond that, I am just the average guy who likes to hunt, fish and golf as much as possible. I enjoy traveling, reading, writing, watching the Packers and Brewers. I own a law firm in Appleton, Wisconsin and teach for Cardinal Stritch University on the side here at the local tech.
I'm an approachable guy who is relaxed and enjoys helping people. I volunteer my time and assist people in the local community on a regular basis. I make time for my clients at nights and on weekends because I know that times are tough in this economy and people are busy working during the days and have difficult time taking off to visit with their attorney.
Please feel free to contact me if you need assistance.

Eric and his office are disorganized and uncommunicative. Impossible to get responses from emails or voicemail. After his secretary told me the plea deal would be signed and sent that day, and I would not need to attend the hearing, Eric Pitsch threatened to withdraw from my case and have a warrant f...
All clients have my personal cell phone number to call me 24/7, as well as my office number to get a hold of our staff anytime. Criminal cases can't be settled out of court by stipulation. You have to be in court before a judge. Sometimes judges will, however, permit you to appear out of court by Zoom. But, you still have to appear by calling in. Negotiated Plea forms can be signed and sent in stating a plea offer from the prosecutor was received. That doesn't negate the need for a hearing before a judge, however. All of this is communicated multiple times to all clients and is in letters sent to clients also. If an Attorney offers to withdraw because you seem unhappy, he is informeing you of your legal options, which he should do. If you choose for him to do that but you aren't in court, a judge could issue a warrant because you're not in court. Telling you that is again informing you of what could happen in that moment. Asking you alternatively if you simply want to try to get the matter rescheduled is again asking for your input while giving you more options. None of that is a threat. Attorneys can't issue a warrant, only a judge can. Typically, when someone has confusion, it's because they don't ask questions, misinterpret things, skim through things without trying to understand, rush through materials, don't read letters sent to them, or simply brush things off. This often leads to their confusion and mistakes. Most people do their part, stay in contact, ask questions, and are great. But, there are always some who will have a more External Locus of Control, and when things don't go their way they become defensive, lash out, misinterpret things, blame others, or get a sense of buyers remorse, rather than take personal responsibility, and try to hurt others...often using defamatory or untrue statements, or things taken out of context. Confirmation Bias is a logical fallacy wherein someone cherry picks, oftentimes out of context, bits of information to confirm beliefs they have or conclusions they want to find to support their beliefs, even when doing so distorts the truth. We encourage all clients to keep in touch regularly, ask questions, don't procrastinate, stay on top of reading our letters, and utilize all resources we provide.

He got my case dismissed! He was always there to answer my questions. He did everything he said he would do. He fought for me and I really appreciate that.

Never did what he said he would do. Just sat behind his desk eating non-stop. Extremely unprofessional.
If you'd like to identify yourself, I can address any issue there might be. However, this might just be another anonymous competitor making more fake reviews. I do what I say, don't eat at my desk, etc. So, this info is false.

He did not spend more than an hour on my case so tell me why he kept my entire $2000 retainer
Looks like a competitor writing a fake review. I don't charge that amount or have a client by that name.

Not worth the extra money!! Just get a lesser charging one. Would have ended up with same outcome for less money.
