I am a graduate of Appleton East High School, a local that has been around the Fox Valley area and Wisconsin his entire life. I have studied extensively, including over seas at Oxford University - Magdalen College and in Florence, Italy as well.

Beyond that, I am just the average guy who likes to hunt, fish and golf as much as possible. I enjoy traveling, reading, writing, watching the Packers and Brewers. I own a law firm in Appleton, Wisconsin and teach for Cardinal Stritch University on the side here at the local tech.

I'm an approachable guy who is relaxed and enjoys helping people. I volunteer my time and assist people in the local community on a regular basis. I make time for my clients at nights and on weekends because I know that times are tough in this economy and people are busy working during the days and have difficult time taking off to visit with their attorney.

If you need legal help, this is the best guy to go to!

I need help with a DUI and I went to Atty. Pitsch. He was friendly, helpful and explained things to me in a way so that I could understand him. I felt very comfortable with Atty. Pitsch and he did a great job. I highly recommend him!

Best DUI and Criminal Around!

I hired attorney Pitsch. He wasn't cheap, but I wanted the best and that's exactly what I got. By far, he's better than any other attorney I talked to. He was up front, honest and told me what he would do...a process he developed that was very easy to follow and understand. He is very knowledgeable and empathetic and took extra time to talk with me, comfort me and help me through a very hard time. He really fought for me and did everything he said he'd do, and more. I trust him and if I ever need help, no question, I'd hire him again. He is very knowledgeable and very thorough and looks for every possible way to win! He's bar far the best!

I recommend Mr.Pitsch to anyone looking for a fair chance

Ive hired Mr.Pitsch on more than one occasion and hes been thorough and gave me the time and consideration i needed from an attorney i have had other attorneys that simply want to push threw your case and tell you to take the first deal they throw at you. Eric has the determination to see that we are protected by the law and has what most attorneys do not that is to protect our rights.i think if this world had more attorneys like him this world would be a better place.

First Class

Knowledgable, Compassionate, Professional!

Custody

Eric and his staff worked very hard to get my girls out of a dangerous situation. In a family law system slanted against men the lengths they went to to secure my girls safety was astounding. Face it, in Wisconsin men have little or no chance in family court let alone getting custody yet with Pitsch law office, that changed in my case and today my girls are happy and safe.

I am from Michigan. I was in the Appelton area visiting an old college buddy. We celebrated a bit to much.. Attorney Pitch took my case. He saved me from having to return to Wisconsin twice plus ended up having my case thrown out.. relentless fighter when you are in the right.. Would gladly retain again if the need ever arose!

Best Attorney Around!!!!

I was charged with an OWI. My BAC was .366 and Attorney Eric Pitsch was able to win my case at trial!! I don't know what I would do if it wasn't for him. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs an attorney. He was great!!!!!

Money ain't everything!!

Not worth the extra money!! Just get a lesser charging one. Would have ended up with same outcome for less money.

Rip-off

He did not spend more than an hour on my case so tell me why he kept my entire $2000 retainer

Horrible

Personally I would not hire this guy at all!!! A complete waste of 3500. He did NOTHING for me. He got the owi dismissed but charged with PAC which is basically the same thing. Pretty much the day before I was suppose to see the judge we went over my video. The sound didn't work on his computer that day so I left. We went to court and he was sitting on Facebook as the other cases were being heard. I got 12 months license suspended and 12 months interlock along with 43 hours community service and 50 days in jail which I did 7 seven day and the other 43 were imposed/stayed.

I'm sorry you're not satisfied with your outcome, but it's unrealistic to expect the matter to be dismissed when you're caught red handed on video. You've had multiple DUIs, if you want help getting treatment, please see me, but please don't blame me. I'll help you to get aftercare treatment to help you out. As you know, it was your choice to settle the matter, not mine...you accepted the offer to settle, so, it's a bit not fair to blame me. Again, if there is anything else I can do to help you, I will because I care about all of my clients and want the best for each of them.
