In the summer of 2020, I was on a road trip alone, coming from chicago, and passing through Wisconsin. I was on the highway shoulder crying about something personal and an officer came to check on me. I was arrested for driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana. I contacted Jeff after... I mistakenly missed my first court appearance, as I had two separate charges. They made a process that I easily convoluted with anxieties, doubt, and confusion streamlined, and brought a sense of calm with very clear communication and honest answers. They can't wish your case away, however Jeff made an effort to make every step of the process better and easier including how I was to appear during a state of quarantine, answering questions via email and phone when I had my own doubts or fears(not a therapist lol, but very clear when they have a moment), and making sure I got the best outcome to their ability. I was issued a citation for an OWI back in July. To make matters worse, I drive truck for a living, so I need my CDL for my livelihood. If that wasn’t bad enough, I’m also from out of state.
