You were the only one...
You were the only lawyer that actually asked me details about my case and looked for an alternative for me to beat it. What I liked best about how you handled my case was how professional you were, how compassionate you were to my case, and how you helped me not just beat this but to overcome it in the best way for me. Mr. Wilcox was always so easy to reach and even after my case was closed I still reached out to him a few times for general questions and he always was available to answer.

I was terrified of losing my license
Since this was my 2nd DUI arrest within 5 years, I was terrified of losing my license. I knew that my only hope was to hire a lawyer and I called you after I saw an advertisement for your firm. I had a high BAC and I thought for sure that I was going to lose my license for a long time and not be able to get to work and school. You enabled me to keep my license, I did not face jail time and my DUI was reduced to Reckless Driving. I cannot thank you enough for everything you did for me and my case. I'm graduating next month and wouldn't have been able to do this if I had lost my license.

If you want a great lawyer, choose Elliot!!!
I cannot thank Elliot enough for all he’s done. Getting a DUI is nerve-racking. After calling around and speaking with several DUI lawyers I went with Elliot. I went with him because out of all the DUI pamphlets I received he had the best and most professional presentation pamphlet explaining the DUI process that I’ve seen for any business. From start to finish Elliot was there and went above and beyond to make sure I was ok throughout this ordeal. He simplified the process as easy as you’ll ever experience and made you feel very comfortable when things were very uncomfortable with a DUI looming over your head. Glad I went with him to get through this tough time!

Better call Elliott
I needed a lawyer fast I had just gotten pulled over and was trying to keep my license from being revoked and stay out of jail. I told Elliott my history and what had happened and my goals going into this. He was able to answer all of my questions I had initially. He was kind and could tell I was upset (I knew what I was facing) and assured me he would do his best for me. I picked him because he spoke to me with respect and had a fluent and professional tone in his voice compared to others I've talked too. This is the guy I wanted talking to the judge on my behalf. Elliott is easy to get in contact with, its easy to make an appointment on his website for a phone or facetime conference. this allowed me to let him know what I wanted to talk about before hand so when we spoke he had all the answers for me when he called. I have never had a lawyer use that kind of communication system before and it works so well. Elliott sends you plenty of mail and books and resources to look over that gives you a lot of insight about your situation and what he is doing for you. Because of how I was pulled over and evidence I was on a hard suspension for 90 days but got it back once it was over, Elliott fought for that and I easily could of had it taken away for a lot longer or all together. Elliott also saved me over $30,000 from having to have FR-44 insurance. This was up there with the biggest things Elliott could pull off for me other than fighting for my freedom and winning. The outcome kept me out of jail, driving after 90 and better off than without him. I could go on about Elliott and his service to the community but you might as well see for yourself. If you're having anxiety looking through law firm reviews trying to convince yourself this is who you should have represent you let this be the one. Trust.

So glad to have Elliott Wilcox on my side
I am beyond grateful to have found Elliott Wilcox to represent me. I read what felt like thousands of lawyer reviews and consulted with several but after talking to Elliott, it was a no-brainer who to choose. In just our first conversation he helped me out and informed me of things that no other lawyer even brought up! Elliott is honest, very knowledgeable, and compassionate, which helped greatly to calm my anxiety and stress. He has never missed a phone call or an email, and answers any & all questions thoroughly! I am walking away with no DUI on my record, no jail time, & no crazy insurance prices. I cannot thank him enough!

Do yourself a favor & retain Elliott!
From the onset, Elliott was the consummate professional. He kept me up to date every step of the way. Maybe most importantly he got me the very best outcome possible, the DUI charge, rightfully, dropped! Worth every penny!

First-Time DUI Offender
I was a first-time DUI offender and I found Elliott on pure luck. I did my research and notice he had a lot of experience with DUI cases. I'm so glad I found him. He walked me through the entire process from beginning to end and he did an excellent job with my case. My advice to anyone reading this is to hire Elliott as your lawyer and sit back and allow him to do his work. He will reach out to you with any new updates on your case and he will always fight for the best possible outcome. Hiring a lawyer for my case was a big decision for me and luckily I found the perfect lawyer. Trust me! He's worth every penny. Don't waste any time looking for another lawyer. HIRE HIM and thank me later.

Sincere, Honest. Compassionate.
Mr. Wilcox only does DUI cases and this was my primary reason for choosing him as my DUI attorney. I always felt I was in good hands. After my arrest I was shook up. Mr. Wilcox told me: "you are going to be alright." And sure enough I was. had a bunch of charges and ended up with just one. Careless driving.

Retain Mr. Wilcox
I received a bad DUI awhile ago. Very high BAC. Over time, Mr. Wilcox managed to get my case to a place that involved multiple videos that were not good. Through perseverance and his experience, Mr. Wilcox managed to get a plea bargain that was most beneficial on my behalf. I agreed to a plea that Mr. Wilcox obtained that dropped my fines and penalties to the minimum that avoided high fees, penalties and community service. He stayed in direct contact with me throughout my proceedings. I would very strongly advise someone looking for help on a DUI arrest, seek Mr. Wilcox for help. He is very formal and polite and knows his business and the law involving a DUI arrest. 5 star attorney!!!

Legal assistance for dui defense
Elliot Wilcox was the first attorney who contacted me by way of a hand delivered informational packet/ document about his practice and services he offered. I could tell from the beginning of this ordeal, I had made the right choice in selecting Elliot. Elliot guided me throughout the process and took care of business, e.g. I never had to appear in court. He handled this for me.
