God Bless

Mr. Elliott is an exceptional and highly professional lawyer with deep knowledge of the legal system. Being in this situation was terrifying and life-altering, but Mr. Elliott helped guide me through it with skill and compassion. He gave my life back to me and my family, and for that I am truly grate...ful. Thank you, and God bless you.

You are not alone

I just don’t know where to begin… With this entire situation I can honestly say I was stressed , depressed and overwhelmed with finding the best reasonable lawyer to handle my case, and by the grace of faith within a couple of days or a week the MOST i received a professional packet with step by st...eps on how to handle my case. After reading the pamphlet I decided to make the first call and after I just knew I was in good hands . Let me just say that Mr.Wilcox is very fast , professional , intelligent and last but not least a man of his word and can make anything happen! I’m beyond satisfied with how he changed my life for the better and the outcome I’m highly appalled and blessed!

You won’t go wrong with this attorney

Mr Elliott is very personable and knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable from the beginning to end of the process. He makes you feel worthy and this makes him so easy to trust. He’s always there for you when you need him. Just overall a great attorney. I’ll give him a 10 out of 10.

Hire him!

Mr. Wilcox helped me avoid a DUI conviction and provided great advice! He immediately explained how to go forward with everything that comes along with being arrested and walked me through everything.

Elliott for the win!

Elliott was sharp, direct, and absolutely on point from day one. What stood out to me most was how clearly he laid out the process and gave me confidence in a situation that felt overwhelming at first. He didn’t sugarcoat anything — just told me what needed to be done and got it done. I appreciate...d how responsive and prepared he was throughout. Communication was clear, every question I had got answered, and I always felt like I knew what was coming next. Most importantly, he helped me reach a resolution that was better than expected — I couldn’t be more thankful. Out of all the mail I received from attorneys, I’m beyond glad I went with Elliott. If you’re facing a tough situation and need someone who’s calm under pressure, deeply knowledgeable, and truly committed to your outcome — Elliott’s that guy.

"Elliott reached out to me through the National College of DUI Defense, an organization to which we both belong that is dedicated to educating attorneys in the area of DUI defense and advocating for fair impaired driving laws. I'm impressed by his knowledge of Florida DUI law and have enjoyed reading his free book - The No BS Guide to Surviving Your Florida DUI - which you can get on his website. Elliott strikes me as the type of attorney who is dedicated to his clients and actually cares about them, rather than their fee. If I ever ran into a DUI issue in Florida, he's the guy I'd call."
