He has instructor level training for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST) and Drug Recognition Evaluation (DRE).

Nate earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with honors from Lawrence University, in Appleton, Wisconsin. While an undergraduate, Nate studied in London, England. He received his Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida. While in law school, Nate interned at the United States Attorneys Office, Eastern District of Wisconsin. Attorney Dineen is admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin, Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and all county courts in Wisconsin.

Nate Dineen

Nate took my cannabis charge and kept it to a misdemeanor. He was very easy to reach by phone or email anytime I had a question. Nate was both friendly and professional. I could not have asked for a better outcome to my court case.

Excellent Choice for Criminal Defense. ALL CHARGES DROPPED!

Nate was extremely professional, prompt, and DELIVERED on EVERYTHING he promised. He is 100% the real deal, no bull-sheet. He is a take-charge, "hold my beer & watch this" type of lawyer. Nate got the charges *completely* thrown out for an accidental offense that threatened to put me in jail. I would highly recommend him to anyone facing the Door County legal system. He has an excellent working relationship with the District Attorney and he stands up for the client.

2nd offense dui

Nathan went above and beyond to give me the best possible outcome throughout this pandemic I was facing 55 days in jail about to lose my career with his help I was granted work release with house arrest I would recommend him to anyone going through a scary situation he answers every question gives you his personal number definitely worth the money

Nate Dineen

I do recommend Nate Dineen. He is professional and expressly knowledgeable in owi cases. I had made inquiries to several attorneys, Nate returned my call and educated me on the seriousness of my situation. He worked with me to formulate a plan going into legal proceedings. He was there every step of the process, and had an answer for every question. In court he was one step ahead. OWI charges are very serious in Wisconsin and sometimes complicated along with other charges and circumstances factored in. It is imperative to have a good attorney in your corner, and with Nathan Dineen I had the best. Having him as an attorney gave me confidence in a very intimidating and uncertain patch in my life. Job well done

Nate and Adrienne did a fantastic job! My case was handled professionally everything was completed in a timely manner, and all matters were addressed. I received basically the minimum sentence with Nate’s expertise and guidance. The dogs in the office are a major anxiety relief as well. Such a comforting feeling to be greated by very gentle well behaved dogs, this really stuck out with me to be honest. I couldn’t be happier with the services I was provided, it was worth every penny!

A true student of the game

After interviewing a couple attorneys in Milwaukee we met Nathan at his Germantown office. Within 5 minutes, we knew he and his team were right for us. He was straight forward, honest, and demonstrated a clear understanding of our situation, and how to handle the "witch hunt". When you have multiple people/ agencies conspiring against you, it is important to be represented by a true student of the game. In the end, we could not be happier with the results!!

Excellent OWI Attorney

There were several things that he excelled at: clearly stating the options in approach, how the process would unfold, the costs of the alternatives and the probability of success. He was calm, direct and compassionate. Additionally, he was reachable and efficient with our time. I think the thing he was best at was determining the options to win and strategizing how to do this by finding the weaknesses in the other party's case. This is the kind of lawyer I want, not one who is processing paperwork and cashing my checks. In our case the case was dismissed due to his approach and diligence. Overall, an outstanding experience and I would highly recommend hiring Nate and his team.

Best DUI Attorney Period!

I met with three or four attorneys and decided to go with Nate. He seemed more confident than the other attorneys I spoke with. He wanted to fight, not just get my money and get me through it. Outstanding Outcome for unique case!

I had a DUI case that was was very unique. From the first meeting and through the whole process Nathan was very positive and professional. My case was lengthy due to several postponements Nathan always remained positive, I was almost ready to take an offer but he was so positive I hung in there and won my case. Nate helped us through a difficult time

Not every story has a happy ending but things could have been a whole lot worse. Nate helped us help our son navigate through a serious DUI. Nate helps us make sure we did everything we could to minimize the penalties ahead and get the help my son needed. My son is doing time but a whole lot less than he would have if he'd used a public defender.
