I'll just start by saying if you're in a bind and actively researching Fox Valley-area attorneys- as I was- then you have finally found the right guy. Title kind of says it all. I was charged with something which left me personally devastated, and also had the very real potential to damage the ca...reer I have worked so hard to build. I am sure glad I did my research. Looked at everyone in the area, but no one had the same ratings as Jeff. No one had detailed reviews like Jeff either. So many success stories from happy clients. I spoke w/ Jeff on the phone for the first time and he gave me some background on the charge, what to expect, the process, and the timeline. At that time, from his frank & appreciated perspective, there wasn't much room to improve my situation. He did however agree to take a swing at it. That was my mission from the outset: not going to take this sitting down. I paid him a reasonable fee and off we went. My intake and subsequent pretrial conference dates were way, way out, so I had a lot of time to sit around and worry about all the bad things that could happen. Being such a legal novice (this is my first real go around as an adult), I called him a few different times to either get a status or ask him any of the crazy questions I'd conjured up over the past weeks. Each time, either he or Amy would get back to me asap and help clear things up. I sincerely appreciated it... that feeling of impending legal doom can be quite a weight on a set of inexperienced shoulders. I don't want to get into the details of the actual negotiation- all I will say is that Jeff did a tremendous job using the information provided to him to argue for a reduced charge. And the City Attorney clearly agreed. I went from something that would follow me around for 10 years, prevent me from renting cars, bar me entry to Canada, etc. to a reduced charge equivalent to a petty traffic violation. Night and day. This is the person that will maximize your outcome. Stop looking.

For one set fee, I had none of the hassle of worrying what and where to go. What hoops to jump through. Jeff kept me informed, went to court, pled my case, got me out of car monitor. After all was final, sent me what was expected of me and what I had to do to follow through. Without Jeff I would have... been lost. Thanks for a wonderful job, I am forever grateful.

Seriously, looking elsewhere is pointless, because you will not find better. When I saw Jeff's ratings and credentials, I made the call. His rate of success in similar OUI/OWI cases was impeccable. When I was facing an OWI even though I was under the legal limit, Jeff knew all of the ins and outs to ...know why the police were trying to charge me, what they were hoping would hold up in court, and most importantly, how to combat it. Do not allow the police to just bully you. Don't believe they are always out for everyone's best interests. Police get emotionally involved in things as can any person, and will think of crafty ways to nail someone, if they feel like doing so. Don't bother to price shop, because his prices are very competitive. Even if you could possibly save a few bucks elsewhere, I think it would be a foolish move. Why would anyone want to do that, when they'd likely only get less knowledge, experience, and in my opinion, a lesser chance of getting the results they want?? I have never had any convictions for anything and am age 45. Jeff's representation ensured that I still do not. OWIs do not easily get dismissed by City/District Attorneys. They are very difficult to conquer and it should not be attempted on your own. Just for the fact that it was reduced to a reckless driving by Jeff's early involvement, and then Jeff looking further into the police body cameras and audio to get it reduced to a petty city ordinance violation for inattentative driving, was a *huge* relief. One of the best things about it is that I never even had to go to court. I wouldn't bother to ever consider another attorney if a similar situation ever happened again! Hire him.

Currently I reside in Arizona, however, on August 28, 2016 while in Oshkosh I made the most idiotic decision of drifting on an empty parking lot. I was busted with Reckless Driving which led to an OWI First Offense. I went through the unfortunate stress and worry of losing my driving privilages and a...bove all losing my job.
