Attorney Oswald helped me with an OWI/Refusal charge. He was able to negotiate the most positive outcome for me considering what I was facing and considering the complexity of the case. I had gotten myself into a messy situation where I had been charged with two OWI's within 2 months. The first offense was on me, but I felt I was being unjustly charged in the second. I was in a sheer panic, researching lawyers and the legal ramifications of my second OWI. After talking to multipl...e defense lawyers I had lost all hope that I had a case or that I could afford an attorney. A friend's defense lawyer recommended I call Jeff Oswald. He told me Jeff said would shoot it to you straight and let you know if you have a case worth trying. I called his Jeff's office and Amy, his delightful assistant, set up a meeting. I experienced immediate relief sitting down with Jeff. He listened to what I had to say, asked pertinent questions, and gave me specific guidance as to how he'd defend me in court. I would never have imagined that I would be completely free of this mess, but I am so glad that I retained Jeff Oswald.

I got myself into a situation where I was charged with 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety (which is a felony), Disorderly Conduct, and an OWI-Causing Injury (which also faces jail time). I have never had any encounters with the law before and I was beyond scared of what could come of this! I a...rrived at Jeff's office for our initial consultation and when I left after just that one meeting I felt SO confident that my case was in the right hands. Jeff did exactly what he hoped to do from our initial meeting. He got the felony dropped and the "Causing Injury" of the OWI dropped. So I ended up with a disorderly conduct and a straight forward OWI. As I mentioned before though... Jeff will go above and beyond for you.... he also got the Interlock unit removed for me! Jeff is the real deal.... always straight forward, always working so hard for you and your case, and always caring about your best interest!
