I was facing my first OWI and a co-worker recommended Jeff Oswald. Am I glad i made that phone call-from then on I knew i was in good, capable hands! My situation was a bit more difficult because i picked up my daughter, who is 15, a couple miles from home, so she was in the car. So everything I was ...facing was actually the same as a second offense. Jeff went right to work on my case, always keeping me informed on what was going on. He went to court on my behalf and i only had to be there for the final plea/sentencing hearing. I was facing up to 6 months jail time and I only got 10 days. Attorney Jeff Oswald helped me through the worst time in my life! It was my 3rd OWI and a refusal charge. I was facing immediate revocation because of the refusal, 45 days to 1 year of jail time as well 2 to 3 years revocation once convicted. Upon my initial call I had an appointment with Jeff the... next day.
