Absolutely DON'T use

John Birdsall charged a very large fee upfront. He talked a good talk in order to get my business, but after that he did little to earn the money. Month after month after month John Birdsall obtained no court documents/evidence necessary to proceed and in later months, he was just too busy to show up... in court for me. He offered the services of a private detective that he works with all the time, for an upfront fee also. He told me that it was crucial that I use her services. She never did anything and yet I got nothing back when the case was over. She made up a list of work she supposedly did, which she definitely never did. He also waited to the last second every month to attempt to do anything, which was very frustrating. I also asked him numerous times to make sure something was documented in court records at the final hearing. He said he took care of it and records showed that he did not. My case was handled so poorly. I probably could have saved a lot of time and aggravation if I had just used the court appointed attorney and I definitely would have saved a lot of money.

Reliable and Professional

I've not encountered much situations where I had to interact with a lawyer. Like many others, I had a perception about lawyers which was not very positive. However, that mindset changed after meeting with Mr. John Birdsall. Before even getting in how did he help me professionally during one my mo...st critical period of my life I would like to point out that Mr. Birdsall demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and exhibits an unique capacity for empathy. Right from the first meeting, he made it very evident that he was not treating my case just as a client-attorney relation. Rather he offered himself as a guide and mentor to work through the situation. I have to admit that being myself alone in the unexpected situation without any guardian to offer support, Mr. Birdsall's guidance and personal interest were more crucial to me than his professional support as an Attorney. And this is not to downplay his professionalism and expertise in his area at all as he successfully resolved my case. Also, I need to mention that he didn't know me prior to having my case. Now regarding his professional services, I was skeptical about the time I'd get from a very busy attorney like Mr. Birdsall. But I was rest assured at the very first meeting with him. He invested his time to listen every single details from me and made sure my case is taken care of properly. It was not expected that Mr. Birdsall would be available around the clock but he always called me back or replied to my email as soon he got a minute to do so. He paid close attention to what I had to say during the meetings- at his office and outside of the office. There were situations when I needed suggestions and assistance on topics that were not falling in Mr. Birdsall's area of expertise. But he reached out to his connections to induce a resolution for me. He stepped in to diffuse the complexities that I was facing with other stakeholders who were not directly related to my case. One of the remarkable aptitude of Mr. Birdsall is that he remained positive in all of his interactions. Despite being professional and well known expert in his area, his attention to details and being personable presents him as a trusted and reliable figure which I believe momentous when someone is seeking help from an attorney at one of the critical period of his life. I'd also like to mention that the staffs at Mr. Birdsall's office were very helpful. Even after few years since my case was resolved, whenever I reached out to them regarding some reference documents, they always responded me within couple of days and assisted me the best way possible. I'd highly recommend Mr. Birdsall to anyone seeking legal assistance in the area that he practices. I'd be skeptic that any other attorney could provide better assistance than him.

The Best Lawyer You Could Ever Want

John Birdsall saved our family. That's the most simple and truthful way to put it. Our son was a college student who was suddenly accused of rape. He had never been in legal trouble before and we were terrified. The first call we had with John was so professional. He took as much time as n...eeded to answer our questions in depth and with great patience. He did not make any promises about clearing our son's name but in the end that's exactly what he did - all charges were dismissed. We saw from John's resume that he has a great deal of experience in this type of charge. He shared with us that these types of situations are very prevalent on college campuses where due to protection of women's rights, men's right are often overlooked. We were told that many young men are falsely accused and that they are automatically considered guilty unless proven innocent above and beyond any sort of possible doubt. With the help of his investigator we were able to discover the holes in the plaintiff's case and before it even went to court, John went to talk to the District Attorney to show him all the evidence we had on our side. He was able to convince the D.A. that he had no legitimate case against our son and charges were dropped a short while later. In addition, the Dean's office of my son's college was ready to kick him out of school due to these false accusations but John spent extra time with us and spoke to the college on our behalf. In the end, our son was allowed to continue his education with no further interruptions. John is a very busy lawyer. But he is never too busy to reply to his clients and spend as much time with them as they need. He was responsive to every call, text, and email. We always felt like we had the best representation on our side and our entire family will be forever grateful. We highly recommend John to anyone seeking justice. I shudder to think about the results if we had ended up with a different lawyer. Anonymous
