Were do I begin to even express what Matthew S. Pinix and his team has done for my family and I. During the most trying times of our lives we came to his office to hire him for an appeal. I can truthfully say without a doubt that Matthew Pinix has been a blessing for myself and my family. As I was sitting in my cell at Waupun Correctional I prayed so many times for another chance at Justice. Well it happened thanks to the very competent and professional work of Matthew. I believe he is one of the best appellate attorneys. I had access to information many on the other side of the walls do not have. With this knowledge I had much to compare to. I was very blessed I had an attorney who was top notch at his job. I wish I had the knowledge of the law and the vocabulary to do him justice as he did for my family and I. Matt was hired by our nonprofit to represent us in an appeals case after we lost a somewhat complicated case in a lower court. Understanding that less than 10% of appeals cases are won on appeal, we weren't very optimistic. But Matt is a genius in understanding the law in general, even though he wasn't familiar with nonprofit law. He is a quick study and was able to convince the appeals court that the lower court ruled erroneously. Because of Matt's support our nonprofit won the legal right to a $1 million endowment that is now allowing us to continue to function. In addition, his work with the appeals court put an end to a dispute that was over a decade old. Lastly Matt has such an easy going demeanor.
